SMAD Announces 2008 Scholarships and Concentration Award Winners

The 2008 SMAD Scholarship and Award winners were formally announced during the SMAD Spring Banquet on April 10, 2008 in the James Madison University Festival Ballroom. The following students won scholarships and awards.

SCHOLARSHIPS
Blanche Garrett Memorial Scholarship ($500):

Madison Cinema Studies Scholarship ($1,000): Brandon Over
MPRI Interactive Media Scholarship ($1,000): Tim O'Keefe
Neckowitz/Turner Study Abroad Scholarship ($500): Amy Drewes
One Day/One University Scholarship ($1,000): Colin Greene
Senator Harry F. Byrd, Jr. - D. Lathan Mims Scholarships ($1,200 each): Anna Young , Timothy Chapman, Jacqueline Quattrocchi and Ashton Smith
Madison Screenwriting Scholarship Competition ($1,250) Lindsey Walters and ($750) James Loizou
