Professors Hinshaw & Woody Win Awards in the BEA Festival of Media Arts

Faculty awards in the 2008 BEA Festival of Media Arts have been announced.

Professor Joe Hinshaw took first place in the Educational/Instructional category of the Faculty Interactive Media Competition. The award is for an interactive DVD that accompanies his new book: Visual Storytelling: Videography and Post Production in the Digital Age. The book and DVD are co-authored with professor Ron Osgood from Indiana University.

Professor John Woody won three awards for two projects.

Cat's Cradle: Saving Lives in the Valley

Award of Excellence - Educational/Instructional Category - Faculty Video
Old Time Music Teacher: Wilbur "Two Gun" Terry
