SMAD Spring Banquet

Parking Information

Career Sessions (Morning and Afternoon)
Harrison Hall

Those attending the career sessions in Harrison Hall during the morning and/or afternoon can obtain a parking permit by doing one of the following:

1). Stop at Parking Services (in the lower level of the parking deck next to the football stadium) for a permit. They will ask to see your vehicle registration and driver's license.

or

2). Come to Harrison Hall and pick up a permit we'll have available in the breezeway. (Some might remember it as the area between Harrison Hall and the Harrison Hall "annex"). The table will be staffed all morning until 11:00, then again at 2:00.

The permit will allow you to park in any faculty or staff lot (Purple Zones). These lots are marked in red on the map below. Keep in mind that on-campus parking is a problem even for those who come here to park every day. The lot marked "H" below is right next to our buidling, but it usually fills by 7:45 a.m. The best option will be a new parking deck on the west side of Main Street called the "Warsaw Ave. Parking Deck." It's the parking area in blue/green on the map below.

Spring Banquet (Evening)
Festival Conference and Student Center - Ballroom A
Thursday, April 10, 2008 - 6:00 p.m.

Parking services is going to allow our group to park without permits for our evening banquet, as long as we park in the correct lots and don't park in metered, service vehicle or other marked spaces. The Festival Conference and Student Center is located on the east side of the I-81. We can park in either the C12 or D3 lots (some maps may still call it the "R3" lot). The map below shows the location of the Festival Conference Center and the lots where we may park.
